TETCO aims to raise the level of these sectors to keep pace with Future Growth at the local and global levels. TETCO provides High-quality solutions and services to both the public and private sectors.
About the agreement
The agreement is aiming at building a partnership relationship between TETCO and MKCL Arabia related to MKCL’s Electronic Exam Platform to rebrand the platform as Ekhtibar and expand in the different academic sectors in KSA.
SUPPLYING EKHTIBAR ELECTRONIC EXAM PLATFORM TO MINISTRY OF EDUCATION KSA
The project target is to deploy Ekhtibar assessment platform in all public schools of the Ministry of Education. Ekhtibar is installed on MoE’s Cloud to conduct online exams for two million students daily and 400,000 concurrent users. MoE launched the system officially in September 2021 after conducting a full load test, penetration test, and integration with Madrasti platform. By the end of 2021 more than 10 million online exam sessions (Student exams) are conducted successfully.
SUPPLYING OPERATION TEAM FOR EKHTIBAR TO MOE
To provide the required operation team to administrate and operate Ekhtibar electronic assessment platform. The project includes providing a team for the following positions:
- System admins.
- Electronic question banks specialists.
- Quality checkers.
- Data analytics and reports creators.
King Saud Univesity - Common First Year
As a mission of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to uplift its education sector par with world standards, MKCL Arabia Ltd launched its Digital Literacy program to be part of the mission and started its establishment in the kingdom in 2007 by facilitating and participant in the “Preparatory Year Program” of one of the renowned and the biggest university of Middle east “King Saud University”.
MKCL Arabia started its services with the IT Skills Training, I T Support, Online Examination and Project Management, Content
Development and e-Learning Framework with an aim to bridge the digital divide among the Preparatory Year Students and to prepare them for the Global challenges.
MKCL Arabia delegated this task by recruiting globally a huge manpower of the most talented, experienced and qualified IT Professionals to run the program to realize the goals set by “King Saud University”.

About KFU Project
With an aim to participate in “Preparatory Year Program” of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, MKCL Arabia started in 2010 with King Faisal University to bridge the digital divide in the country and to promote the education sector with the world standards.

About Taibah University Project
To join the hands with the Deanship of Academic Services “Taibah University”, MKCL Arabia started its Program in 2012 by facilitating its digital services by way of Online Examination, Content Development and e-Learning Framework and Training the Trainers. The services are provided to bridge the digital divide and to promote education standards set by the university with an aim to make their students capable of the Global challenges.
MKCL Arabia delegated this task by recruiting a group of the most talented, experienced and qualified IT Professionals to run the program to achieve the targets set by the university
IPA
MKCL Arabia provided OES (Online Examination System) to conduct online exam for the various courses running at IPA.
Majmah University
As a mission of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to uplift its education sector par with world standards, MKCL Arabia Ltd launched its Digital Literacy program to be part of the mission and started its establishment in the kingdom in 2019 by facilitating and participant “Majmah University”.

About MKCL’s Project:
The project started in August 2016. Work scope is to develop 450 animation videos and related activities. These videos cover Arabic, Social Science and Islamic Science for primary and intermediate school students.
About Tatweer for Educational Services
Tatweer Company for Educational Services, is a Saudi company – owned by state in full, to be one of the Holding Education Development companies, whereas it seeks to work with the Ministry of Education to develop the educational system in Saudi Arabia in a holistic manner, and to provide students with the knowledge and skills in order to reach the ultimate success in the global knowledge-based economic domain. This stage is leaded by the strategy of public education development with its four stages, headed by the King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Public Education Development Project “Tatweer”. A new vision for education in the kingdom is stemmed from the heart of this strategic matrix that puts education in the first place amid their interests and forms a harmonious set of laws and programs to work on conducting this vision.
