MKCL Arabia Ltd will be pleased to offer the selected candidates the compensation benefit as per the compensation policies of the company and as per the Countries Labor Law which consists as under:

• Basic Salary.
• Well Furnished Housing provided by the Company on twin sharing basis.
• Transportation provided by the Company.
• Medical Insurance provided by the Company.
• Probationary Period: 90 days
• Working Days and Hours: 5 days a week and 9 hours per day.
• Weekly Offs: Two days in a week (Friday & Saturday) 
• Annual Vacation: 30 days after completion of one year in service.
• Professional Attire: The candidate must be formally dressed during your work.
